A flat toned core is the holy grail of every fitness enthusiasts journey. A chiseled six pack is the combination of eating a clean diet and training hard. Jed North Athlete Prescilla Deschenes shows you what to do in the gym to get that perfect mid section. 

You can follow along with her work out in the video below. Here are are few tips to help.

Tip #1 - Make sure all movements are done slow and controlled. Momentum will prevent your muscles from getting the full benefit of the exercise. 

Tip #2 - Pause at the top of each movement. Temporarily stoping will force maximal contraction and provide the best results. 

Tip #3 - Consistency. Make sure to train your core 2-3x per week for best results.
